Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Updates to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms. We’ll notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address registered with your account, or by prominently showing the updated Terms upon opening the mobile application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to EU laws, without respect to its conflict of law principles.

Non-Cancellation and Non-Refund of Completed Grocery Orders

Once a grocery order has been confirmed and completed through Pepesto, cancellations, refunds, or returns are not automatically granted. Given the nature of the products we deal with, primarily food items, there are significant food safety considerations that influence our decision-making regarding returns, cancellations, or refunds. While cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed for completed orders, Pepesto Solutions GmbH reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and make determinations at our sole discretion. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
